• Advised a Mauritian-based private equity fund that invested in a  Concrete Manufacturer (the Target) which deals with the manufacture and supply of building materials. The team that undertook a comprehensive legal due diligence in respect to the Target’s legal and corporate compliance.
• Advised a leading Leasing Company in East Africa on the legal structure of its equipment leasing framework and preparation of the financing and leasing documents.
• Part of a team of advisors that undertook a tax and legal due diligence of a pharmaceutical chain on a Merger and Acquisition transaction by a private equity firm.
• Advising an international alternative energy company on residency issues revolving around its holding company.
